Ahoy! The “Seattle Squeeze” begins tightening its grip with the viaduct closure, and the King County Water Taxi crews have been hard at work preparing to keep people moving.
Last month, we shared how we’re expanding our schedule during the closure here. Since then, our media friends have been helping us remind the public.

If you’re mourning the loss of the viaduct’s scenic views, we have good news. KING 5 cites the Water Taxi as one of Seattle’s top five spots to catch the stunning scenery post viaduct. And bonus: it’s the only destination that can be enjoyed while commuting.
Join us on the Water Taxi starting Monday, Jan. 14 for a quick, congestion-free option to reach downtown Seattle during SR 99’s realignment and beyond.
