Planning on running the Orca Half marathon on September 22? The King County Water Taxi wants to get you there in style and is offering an early sailing at 7:30 a.m. from Pier 50 in Seattle to Seacrest Park, connecting you with shuttles to the beginning of the race.
Shuttles are operated by the race organizers and will depart every 10-15 minutes from Don Armeni Boat Ramp, just a short five-minute walk from where the Water Taxi docks at Seacrest Park. From there, you can take the organizer’s shuttle to the start of the race and after you cross the finish line, take another boat ride back to downtown Seattle with no traffic or complicated car pick up and drop off, and fresh air to enjoy after your long run.
